BOOKING POLICY FOR HAIR 

Thank you for choosing Beautydollsinc LLC for your hairstyling needs. Please be aware of our booking policy:

A non-refundable deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 is required to confirm your appointment. Without this deposit, your appointment cannot be booked. When you contact us over the phone or book us online to schedule a appointment, please specify the hairstyle you desire or send over a photo to the contact that's been provided.

Consultation 

Please be aware that a consultation session, which incurs a fee, will be required for certain styles and techniques.

Running late

You have a 20 minute grace period, before a late fee will be charged. If you are running 30 minutes to 1 hour late and fail to notify us, your appointment will be canceled. However, you may reschedule for a new appointment. Please note that the initial deposit cannot be applied to reschedule if the appointment is canceled.

Cancellations

Any cancellations or changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Payments 

For payments, please use Zelle to send your deposit to Beautydollsinc@gmail.com or use Apple Pay at (609)727-3086. A consultation is required beforehand to provide you with the total for your services . The remaining balance must be paid in cash before or after your appointment.

Same day appointment Fee

Please note that same-day appointments will incur an additional fee of $45.00 Thank you for your understanding.

After hours services 

After-hours services incur a fee of $120.00 plus service costs. The after-hours fee and your deposit must be paid before upon arrival.

Traveling Services fee**

• 5-15 minutes : $50.00
• 15-30 minutes: $90.00 
• 45-55 minutes: $150.00 
• 1-2 hours: $200.00

To confirm your appointment, the traveling fee must be paid in full along with your $25.00 deposit fee. Please note that the travel fees may vary depending on the distance to the location and any tolls that may apply.
